Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Parts Known account and all associated data, you have the following options:

Option 1: Delete from your account

Log in to your Parts Known account, go to Backstage → Settings, and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

Option 2: Contact us directly

Send an email to hello@partsknown.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your Facebook or Instagram username (if you used social login)

What data will be deleted?

Upon deletion, we will remove:

  • Your profile information (name, bio, photo)
  • Your credits and production history
  • Your uploaded photos and videos
  • Your connections and messages
  • Any social media tokens stored for your account

Processing time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
